Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

Great resort, highly recommend.

The hotel is old and noisy, the rooms small and could use a good scrub. The blinds were rickity and stay open, and the floors were dirty. The whiskey bar was super noisy at night and kept us up u til after 1am

Great place, to beautiful for words. Room upgrade with the water view went a long way to the enjoyability. The rooms are a little dated but the location can be beat.

Excellent historical properties which is maintained well. Great location and very nice staffing. We will go again🌺

At check in the associate was not very friendly or informative Wasn’t told we needed another key card to use the out door pool. $50 a day resort fee for what ?! A tiny beach and a po that you need to go get a separate key for ?? 2 days in a row we were woken up at 7 am by workers outside and woken up by people probably due to to the hotel being attached to the restaurant Tub wasn’t draining properly and water started coming out of the shower hose again I stay in a lot of hotels and for what this hotel charges overall service was not worth the money

The property is incredible, and the staff were all so great. We loved both of our meals (food and drinks at lakeside were delish), and appreciated all of the complimentary amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a lovely hotel but we found the constant battle for parking to be a hassle. Even the overflow lot was very crowded. The breakfast we had was a disappointment on three fronts: the sausage was smokey size and tough skinned for my husband. My two poached eggs medium were so undercooked that parts of the white dribbled down from my fork and the runny yolks were a real turn off. And not having a selection of bread types was a problem for me since sourdough upsets my stomach. This breakfast did not come close to earning it's $61 cost.

I did not like that my room was not cleaned until late afternoon one day and next day not at all. I was paying 400 dollars canadian per day. Coffee which i do not drink and no tea available. Had to try various times in order to reach front desk for wake up call and or for housekeeping.

Had a lovely weekend stay here with a few friends. Room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. There were lots of options for on site activities to entertain, as well as various food options.

The room had a musty smell. It wasn’t pleasant to sleep in the room. Unfortunately they couldn’t offer another room as the hotel was sold out.
