The location can not be beat - perfect for our FIFA week (and watch party at the Zocalo). Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful - in particular, Cynthia, Andrea and Emmanuel were exceptional. It was also a plus to have a cash machine in the hotel (for pesos) and a taxi driver where we felt comfortable with the drivers. I don't speak spanish and always felt safe and well taken care of.

The room could be cold at night - yes, they had a heater but one of us was cold and the other hot. Having extra blankets would have been a plus.

Everything was Grand! The hotel is historic and located in Mexico’s city center, walking distance to everywhere. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again. Marvelous job by everyone who attended us during our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful historic hotel. Nice lounge for gursts.

Terrible location due to road and street closures 1. METRO construction 2. Other construction 3. Closed streets for FIFA activities 4. Ever changing Teachers Strike blocking many streets and sidewalks.
