"My family disappointed"

Nothing.

This hotel smells really bad, a very loud odor, the staff was rude, very unprofessional, room phone didn't work, the tv remote didn't work, the towels smell like the hotel, I checked out and made reservation at a different hotel. My family was in town for a funeral. Other family members stayed and were disappointed as well.
