"NIGHTMARE from hell"

Check in was a hassle was booked for a friend, even AFTER emailing the location the name of the person using the room was a hassle still. Then unknown to us there was a Deposit which if had known would have budgetted for before leaving home.

I wish they tested out the jacuzzi. It was filled with water backed up and we were not able to use it. There were no more jacuzzi left in the facilita to management.
