One staff member was a good guy, we chatted. I had a roof over my head.

I was put right by the lift, and i could hear every toilet flush run through the pipes which kept me awake all night - the only other room had broken aircon and was noisey, so no point moving - It is a student hall of reseidence, they pay $300 for a week, I paid $120 a night The place is run down overall. The lifts were always full, always a que Someone was sick and i got sick from the congestion in the lifts - normally every lift would not be packed full, that was the probelm The food was microwaved meals- and one ws 3/4 full of the takeaway container, the other was a 1.4 full which i returned, initially I heard them say "Well just fill with sace" and i called out at that point - no I want a refund. They tried to not refund me, but the product ws not up to standard and by consumers act i am allowed a refund which they eventually gave after wasting 40min of my time. One staff member was brilliant, we chatted and had a great yarn, good experience, but the next night the staff who manged the return was not good at all I chopse this place due to promity to town and facilities - the "Sauna" was a consumer grade box for 4 which really I would allow on person in" the "Spa" was a portable personal spa - which with the over crowding and lack of cleanliness in the room, NO WAY was i getting in the germ-hub. The gym was a joke of out opf date machines - not even a cycle, it was one of those arms and pedals move in unison - again not the stadard that the advertisement indictaed it should be.

We were only there for a night but had all we needed and was very clean. A handy location as we were joining a cruise next day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was great. Buffet breakfast was good plenty of choice. Location was good. Room was small but clean.
