Highly recommend in every way perfect hotel

Location/pool/ staff

El desayuno y el hotel en general estan bien. La isla es muy linda. El personal de hotel es amable y atento.

El habitaculo de la ducha, era muy incomodo, la falta de acondicionador para el cabello. Hay que pagar extra para usar las reposeras de la playa del hotel, me parece un abuso con la tarifa que tiene el hotel.

Good location and amenities

Some areas of the hotel looked a little dull and tired and in need of a refresh. Concierge was not super helpful and recommended a boat tour that wasn’t what we expected, where we spent several hours on choppy water in a small boat to get to our destination. Hotel room also had bugs! (ants, spiders, mosquitoes)

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the majority of the staff are fantastic.

One of our party was in a wheelchair and while they seem to tick the boxes for accessible facilities, in reality is it most definitely not a wheelchair friendly resort. The bathrooms do not have enough space to accommodate a wheelchair, the wheelchair lifts often were not working properly and e technician was always required to operate the stair lift. While the majority of the staff went above and beyond (once even carrying the wheelchair including the occupant up a flight of stairs as the lift was broken) there were some that made it seem like we were causing them an issue while simply trying to access our room.
