Super 8 by Wyndham Des Moines

No coffee and no breakfast and the room was gross. The bathroom wasn’t even clean.

Everything could have been better like it could’ve been cleaned and had the necessary things.

Amazing team, they help and will go out there way. Smelled good, housekeeping super nice and clean or help with anything. Sam she go out her way to do anything for me and mine

bed were clean and nice and soft

Not having access to staff after hours as those people trying to check in and the person did not have a phone on him to try and call him and we waited like 15 minutes to half hour before he finally came back I was locked out of my room cuz I had two nights so I was getting irritated cuz my friend was waiting in front of the room

Pictures are from several years ago. This place is run down, No Pool, No Breakfast, WIFI did not work, The room was not clean, no amenities, had to hunt down someone for towels, soap, toilet paper. Says no pets on line, dogs everywhere. the smoke detector in our room was covered with a plastic bag

I paid I advance to reserve my room. When I got there they had given my room to someone else. I am still waiting to be refunded!

Room was terrible. Ceiling cracking and falling. Burn marks in the on all the bedding. No towels/wash clothes. Went to front desk and all we got was a reluctant sorry. Asked to refund money but couldn’t since it was through booking.com. Needed to speak with them. Would not recommend

All of it the smell in the hallway n room was very dirty poop on wall by bathroom n throw up by the refrigerator n on wall our window was broke n it didn’t lock. Wall pictures was secured on the walls. Look like I was gonna fall. The bed didn’t feel good not enough pillows in the room n refrigerator was dirty no WiFi n no phone to call it was very disappointing

Staff was extremely friendly both night and day staff The beds were very comfortable The rooms temperature was comfortable upon arrival

You could definitely tell that it needed a renovation which is one thing they were getting ready for and that breakfast was not being served due to holiday issues
