Best Western Appleby Park Hotel

The hotel itself is conveniently situated just off j11 of the M42. It’s a pretty standard hotel, more than adequate with a really powerful shower. It’s got five stars from me because the front desk and restaurant staff were probably the most friendly and helpful staff I can recall at a hotel. This really makes a huge difference to the stay at a hotel.

The hotel was spotless clean. The staff were all so friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed!!

Staff really friendly food was great, rooms clean and tidy just felt they lacked bit of general maintenance checks as few lights not working and not enough plugs

Generally faultless. Really homely atmosphere, well priced and VERY clean and modern facilities in room.

Our stay here was good. The staff are really lovely especially Lisa who checked us in. The free parking was good and plenty of spaces.The room was adequate and had everything we needed. The towels were lovely and big! The shower power was great and the hairdryer was a good one not a cheap one. The restaurant and bar area were inviting and the food was lovely. We had breakfast aswell which was good. We did hear dogs barking late at night and early in the morning, apart from that we enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent hotel we have previously used the premier inn at Ashby and Tamworth and this was by far the best hotel in the area ,room was very clean hairdryer and iron in room was very helpful ,price was excellent and breakfast included ,this will definitely be the hotel I use in the future ,staff were excellent

Lovely hotel and a short drive to the shops, snowdome, bowing and castle. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The lounge area was very nice and spacious. Although the hotel is only a short drive from the town it is situated in a quiet , peaceful area.

Excellent overnight stay. Straight off the motorway which was perfect for us to break our journey up
