I don't like not having a sink in the bathroom.
Rooms were clean but there was mold on the wall in the bathroom that was painted over. Ran out of coffee in the morning when we went through the buffet and the gentleman at the desk didn’t know how to make more.
Everything was well lit. I felt safe to go out to my car. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff are very hard-working. Very nice people
There were stains on the carpet. There were stains on the furniture. There were stains and scuff marks on the wall. Carpets were frayed in different places. And I had to kill three gnats in my bathroom.

We regret not making this hotel our first choice when we came to Emporia. Our original stay was at Travel Inn & Suites. The room smelt of smoke and didn't feel clean and safe. Glad we made the choice to stay at Best Western. Great staff, easy parking, delicious breakfast and plenty to do around the hotel. Thanks for making our first time to Emporia worth it!
USUSWhile on a business trip the family came with and this location offered a nice place for them to be when the meeting was happening. Easy in and out, nice parking area, clean comfortable room.
