Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA. Ao procurar por um Hotel Pet Friendly, você recebe a indicação deste hotel. Apesar do hotel se descrever enganosamente como pet friendly, ao reservar o quarto você tem uma bela surpresa ao descobrir que ele é "DOG-FRIENDLY" apenas e não aceita gatos. Venhamos e convenhamos, um gato que viaja de coleira e carrinho de transporte com seu tutor vai dar mais trabalho do que um cachorro? Pedi meu dinheiro de volta e fui para o IBIS. Recomendo que façam o mesmo. Espero sinceramente que vocês tenham bastante prejuízo com cachorros em sua propriedade.

приличная уборка, завтрак нормальный, но через неделю проживания начинает от него тошнить

Почти все. Непрофессиональная сотрудница на ресепшн не знает время начала завтрака, он начинается в 6:00- сказала она (мы спросили дважды), лишив нас драгоценного сна перед и без того ранней экскурсией. Он у вас начинается в 6:30! Далее, отель позиционирует себя как пляжный, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа, но при этом они не разрешают брать полотенца на пляж. Вы в своем уме? Покупать полотенца для пляжа!? Или где их брать?! Сользкий пол в ванной, шумный кондиционер мешает спать, и мне страшно, что его не прочищали лет 100. С улицы гул, во время футбольных матчей постоянно просыпаешься от криков, несмотря на 13 этаж (тонкие плохие окна). В номере кривые стены, мы по приколу проверили через приложение, на балкон из-за этого страшно выходить, тоже кривой, завещан старой сеткой. Стекла все грязные, занавески с грязными пятнами. Сам номер маленький. Даже стул у стола и тот на соплях, поломанный. В ванной вентиляции нет вообще, сама ванная дико неудобная, Из раковины вода проливается во все стороны. Отелю необходим ремонт- он СТАРЫЙ и давно не соответствует современным стандартам, но владельцы продолжают наживаться на туристах. Убрать вид - и это задрипанная дыра 🤮 Пододеяльников нет, вместо них простыня на одеяле. Воды нет, в ванной ничего кроме мыла и шампуня. Здание создает впечатление, будто сейчас развалится. Ремонт был актуален 30 лет назад. Сразу со входа ощущение 2000 года, даже запах соответствует, вонища, похоже на отраву для тараканов. Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в отелях этой сети, от этого места я ожидала большего и лучшего. А это у нас еще был «хороший» видовой номер. Можно остановится в стареньком отеле, но о котором заботятся, и от него не будет такого ощущения безнадеги, как тут. Новенький парень на ресепшн заселял нас долго, ни сказав ни слова об отеле, Ни «добро пожаловать», ни время завтрака - НИ ЧЕ ГО Персоналу на ресепшен плевать на гостей, единственный кто поздоровался и улыбнулся это охранник.
