Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 10 AM to 10 PM. One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). "Een goed verblijf !"

De locatie is top, tussen ipenema en copacabana 50m van het strand posto 6. Het hotel ligt trouwens naast een politiepost ;) Vriendelijke staff en zeer behulpzaam. Het bed was comfortabel en de badkamer proper, douche werkte uitstekend. Op het dak is trouwens een zwembad en enkele ligzetels met toch een leuk uitzicht. Zowel van de lelijke gebouwen alsook het zicht op zee en copacabana. Wij hadden pas onze vlucht laat op de avond maar het was geen probleem om onze bagage te stallen. En we konden voor het vertrek eveneens nog een douche nemen en ons omkleden. Prijs vs kwaliteit vs locatie is wel correct naar mijn gevoel.

De kamer kan inderdaad wel een likje verf of een kleine upgrade gebruiken. En neem oordopjes mee. De ramen zijn enkelglas en niet geluidsdicht. Zelfs op het 10de verdiep hoor je echt alles in de straat. Maar ik vermoed dat dit voor elk hotel zo is, ze lijken allemaal enkel glas te hebben. Vraag misschien naar een kamer aan de achterzijde.. maar dan kijk je wellicht uit op een muur ofzo. Dus oordopjes is de boodschap en je bent gered ;) Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt en hebben hier dus geen oordeel over. Op 50m van het hotel heb je trouwens super ontbijtcafés met heerlijke koffie. Try SO LO of UM.
