The hotel is perfect fir kids.

Beach was amazing and so close. The staff were absolutely lovely The buffet was the best food at the hotel Cocktails delicious Ice Lattes were delicious

Beds weren’t the comfiest Our room has a drain issue , the water was coming out brown. Was fixed but left a sour taste using the facilities. Green restaurant is want great, cold and over cooked food. Not a huge fan of the cats but understand not necessarily the hotels fault. Location isn’t great if you like to explore or you need a car Pools are freezing in May Our curtains were a little moth bitten and let a lot of light through - 3217 room

The staff was super. Amenities modern and clean. Big resort to spend time in. Pools are clean and fun.

Bed was not comfortable. Many food options, but the a la cart restaurants served food that was “okay” and not more, at times even not good at all and portions were small. At breakfast huge line for omelets and slow workers that poured too much oil in it. I would expect from a 5 star hotel to serve coffee and omelets to the table.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and amazing staff. There is a great variety of restaurants, everything was clean and well organized, and the overall experience was perfect. A lovely place for both families and couples. Highly recommended!
