Overall, we had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

It would be very helpful if the hotel clearly informed guests before arrival that all restaurants require booking at the desk, as the reservation system is not clearly explained. We were told that reservations can only be made three hours after check-in, but by the time we arrived, almost everything was already fully booked—even though it was not peak tourist season. As a result, we had to dine outside the hotel. The facilities of spa are quite limited, with only a sauna available, and this comes at an additional charge of €25/hour (although the manager solved the misunderstanding quite well). This was not communicated beforehand, nor was it mentioned that booking is required for the spa as well.

"Appreciation to the beautiful stay"

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, and you felt like you’d stepped into a resort. The staff were incredibly kind and hardworking. The magic show for kids was a real treat. It was a bit cold to swim outside but the indoor swimming pool was heated. The food was amazing, and I really enjoyed the amenities from Milton Brown.

We could book the activities and restaurants through the display boards scattered around, but it would be much simpler if we could do it online.
