Hotel rooms towels had stains, bed was supper hard, there was no hot water in the morning, no Internet in the room, there was mold in the bathroom.

The best resort and relax , I like swim,I like Breakfast

Service is dismal, dirty, could not use pool for one day and evening as private party which was really loud and shook the room. Overpriced.

when ordering food they had pictures and still got it wrong other than that was good.

A very nice resort to stay in , I was impresssed with the layout and the staff were very friendly, I think they should refrain from charging for internet though , as a paying customer I dont think its necessary.

I was staying what looks like the original block of rooms which is situated down a gravel road at the rear of the hotel complex I did not see inisde the hut style accommodation, therefore, can't comment. Bonus for the hotel is the riverside restaurant/bar. This is very relaxing. Could be a very nice resort with a little refurb. The main road is quite a distance and the shuttle only goes in morning and evening, therefore taxis (although very cheap) would be required. I would not recomend the hotel for families.

Anaa Resort was a great stay in Koh Chang. The design of the hotel was simple yet very tasteful. We really liked all the fixtures and furniture of the room. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and everything worked, including the virtually noiseless aircon! Access to the beach is by boat only, either by kayak, which is free for guests, or they have a boat taxi. There private beach area is in a great location with wonderful views of the mountains and great sunsets! One of the best things about the resort was the awesome breakfast which is varied and would appeal to many nationalities. One thing I would like to see improved is beach access in the evening (they ask that you return the kayaks by 630pm). I like evening walks on the beach and swims in the sea. Also, the staff, although friendly and helpful, had some trouble communicating in English beyond the very basics. They did have a manager who can speak English very well on call at most times, however. All in all, I strongly recommend Anaa Resort Koh Chang for couples and families, who want a quiet, clean and comfortable vacation at a resort with an interesting and tasteful design.

The establishment was clean and well run. The staff were, for the most part, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is good for couples, but not amenable to being single. If an individual wants a more secluded establishment this hotel meets that need; however, if an individual wants to be closer to restaurants and bars they may wish something else.

I'm very impress to this hotel it 's beautiful and natural it have more free of charge activity as kayac , watching firefly on the night the 2 swimming pool are nice
