Aana Resort & Spa

Value for price very good; staff warm and friendly and lovely beach. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor recommendations would be to play music in restaurant at lower volume and perhaps softer music and the beds can be a bit hard.

We had an amazing time at the Aana resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and swimming pools were fantastic. They offer free kayaking and shuttle bus to the beach.I would definitely go back.

If you would like to escape from city life or reality, this is the resort for you. Aside from laying on the beach, going swimming in the pool, dining and going to the spa, there is not much you need to do on your vacation. I got all this at AANA! I was also able to go to White Sands beach and the downtown area to do some dining and shopping--courtesy of the hotel shuttle.

Aana resort & spa was a great place to stay in Koh Chang. Room was comfortable and very clean. It had a good restaurant and staff were welcoming and warm. The only thing was the position. You couldn't walk to the beach you had to kayak there. But we would definatley stay there again.

This resort is beautiful and the service is great, it is out of the way in terms of the town but if you are looking for a place to relax then this is it. if you want night life then it would be better to stay in White Sand area. Please note that check in time is 2pm and check out is 12pm (this website stated noon check in!!) - we arrived at 12.30pm and was told to wait at the hotel bar. I was not too impressed after our long journey. The excursions are relative priced compared to the other resorts, however the range is not as comprehensive so it is worth looking around before booking anything. The food is relatively more expensive so you can alternate with eating at other restaurants. The spa is outlandishly over priced so definately go elsewhere. I was surprised that the spa prices were similar to London!! Overall i would definately go back, it was a very relaxing stay indeed.

I think Aana is one of the top ten hotels & resorts at Koh Chang. Breakfast area is very peaceful, with canal view. However, the hotel should hire more staffs during the high season.

A beautiful hotel in a tropical landscaped setting. It's riverfront position offers a pleasant alternative to the standard beachfront hotel. With it's own private beach a short kayak up the river, this adds to the unique experience. Nicely designed, clean and comfortable rooms, helpfull staff and a great buffet breakfast can all be found here. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at Aana - the whole setting is really pretty and idyllic. The only thing is it is a bit far back off the main road, but in one way this lends to its character.

This hotel is amazing!!! I would recommend it to everyone. There is two swimmingpools, and free towels and a beach, with you can take a cajak too or boat. Just a bit away. The food at the hotell is supergood, try the Aana Sallad, so good!! We hardly left the hotel, exept for New Years, and its pretty easy to take a taxi to Whit Sand Beach for dinner or party. I would love to go again!

Nice resort Hotel. The friendly staff provides you an excellent service. The rooms are beautiful decorated and very well maintained. The hotel facilities are in very good condition . I felt very well right from the beginning. The Breakfast Buffet and the restaurant provide good Local and European food. A beautiful garden completes the good appearance of the Hotel
