First time there - absolutely nothing!

The hotel is ideal for an overnight stay before departure early from Alicante Airport. Less than 8 minutes from the airport, 3.8km.

The property is fine. Unfortunately the night I spent there, there was a coach load of young children under 10yrs old. And they just ran riot during late evening and during the night. Kicking doors, shouting, knocking on doors,etc. I had to ring reception of my own phone, as the phone in the room does not tell you what number to call to reception, dining room etc. It’s just a phone. ! When I made contact with the receptionist he advised me that he would make contact with the teachers, minders etc who were in the bar. !! This is unacceptable behavior. But that’s not my point, it is that it took so long for the hotel staff to inform the teachers regarding their students behavior. The idea that I would have an early night as to catch my early morning flight at 5am did not happen, and to be charged €119 for a maximum of 2 hours sleep is very steep, I should of just stayed in the airport all night. Be a lot cheaper. I did mentioned it to the nite manager and he was actually writing up the report regarding the unsupervised children, and their actions,etc. So I guess I wasn’t the only guest that was affected by these children’s actions. But no compensation. Full price. !! A bit annoying
