El personal súper amable y las camas muy cómodas, la ventilación excelente

Las áreas comunes están muy deterioradas, la piscina vas por ella te tropiezas con zócalos sueltos y ni que decir de las duchas de las habitaciones, durante el día el agua fría no servía u debías usar solo agua caliente lo cual era una tortura, a pesar de informar de esto al hotel y enviar mantenimiento no solucionaron nada

La ubicación es muy buena, las camas y sillas muy confortables, el personal muy amable y diligente. El servicio de transporte muy confiable y amable.

Se ofrece habitaciones con vista al mar pero la vista no fue la mejor, se nos asigno una en un tercer piso con poca visual, además el reflejo del letrero luminoso del hotel obliga a poner el black out. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. Cerca al hotel sector con basuras, descuidado. Las piscinas no estuvieron disponibles a las 8:00 am.

"A good stay the balcony was a real vibe ! Go for the balcony room trust me !"

The location and the views from the balcony were amazing . Everything was easily accessible. Only issue I had was there was a rare heavy rain and it flooded the road to the hotel so i had an issue getting there and it was some flooding at the hotel but other than that everything was good .

A little outdated but very comfortable and clean

Temperatura de las albercas perfecta. Ubicación del hotel para realizar turismo en Cartagena, bueno.

El servicio del personal en el área de albercas, no pasan a ofrecer bebidas, se tardan o simplemente no aparecen. Decepcionante
