La cantidad de vendedores de la playa / que la cancha de tenis es de pago y es al mismo precio que para los que no son huéspedes/ no atienden tus solicitudes: pedi hielo 3 veces y nunca lo llevaron/ que no tiene espacio para secar ropa / el tobogán es solo hasta los 10 años / desayuno caro y no incluido

Camas cómodas, instalaciones bonitas, piscina amplia y segura para niños pequeños.

Los precios de comida y bebida dentro del hotel me parecieron elevados en comparación con otros hoteles similares. Además, la calidad no destacó lo suficiente para justificar esos costos.

La ubicacion del hotel, ya que para salir a pasear por la ciudad estaba bien y el personal es demasiado amable, creo que de los mejores servicios de hotel en los que me he quedado por la amabilidad y servicio de su personal.

Solo hay 1 restaurante, la carta es muy limitada asi que literal nos tocaba almorzar y cenar por fuera. La zona de la piscina tiene muy poca sombra y estaba siempre llena, no encontramos lugar para sentarnos en la piscina nos toco los 4 dias estar en la zona de playa y caminar hasta la piscina para poder bañarnos alla.
