"Ion general, it was ok but not what I was expecting"

The room was nice and clean

I like to book in a hotel that offers a nice hot breakfast. The breakfast was actually pretty disappointing, they only had coffee, juice and water, cold cereal, and batter for waffles.. I was hoping they would offer scrambled eggs, oatmeal or even some pastries or bagels with cream cheese. No variety. Had to go elsewhere to get my kids a real hot breakfast.

I booked a room in advance arrives only to find a toilet filled we feces and dirty floor we walked our stuff back to the car and asked for refund employee stated booking.com owed me not them , your company also stated they needed to refund my money now I have to involve outside help for refund

"The staff are friendly, but instantly you get a sense that they have no money and are in debt trying to keep up on a pro"

The staff were all very pleasant. The room itself was clean.

It is very run down things are falling apart all around the property. There was trash everywhere outside. Overall very dilapidated and run down. This was the most poorly kept Quality Inn I have ever stayed at.
