"Worst Room Ever, save your money 💰"

The pool has not had fixed and has many hole chips all over 😳 the door to enter/exit the lock is broke. The floor is cracked and could cause someone to trip. There has not been an update to the room. There are no updated lamps for phone plugs, etc. The beds are hard old hard, not soft hard. Checking for bed bugs, we found an old bed with stains and blood stains on bed, bed cover, manking us, and feeling sick to our stomach. Only 1 small trash can in the whole room, including the bathroom. The shower tile in many areas of the shower gone, leaving cement exposed. The shower curtain holder on both sides is broken, barley holding on. The pocket door between the vanity area and shower the base is gone, and the wood is exposed. The door is all jacket and broken it doesn't close. We pulled a chair out to put against the door and found a pile of sweeping up against the corner. They hid behind the chair. I went to the front desk in the morning, and we came in very late. My husband is a stroke recovery patient. I explained. I paid 150.00 for a room from 3rd world country. I stay at Quality Inn, but no more. I can't believe the Qualiy In allows such garage rooms. I will not stay there again. The front desk man said, " I dont care, leave." I suggest Quality Inn should take their flag down. It's not a place worthy of keeping that flag. I would have taken pictures, but there were no plugs in for phones, and I didn't have an adaptor. Figures, I wanted those pics really bad. It was that bad. My husband first thing HE SAID, " Let's go. No brushing teeth, clothes, and nothing" we left ASAP. WORST TRIP EVER FOR HOTEL.

Good location

It smells, the property is run down need to renovate....landscaping broken lights etc. Overpriced for the quality of stay. Not a friendly front desk. Advertised as free breakfast...not good. Hardly any food.
