Distance from Train Station and shopping centre, breakfast was not bad expected more variety

"Good Breakfast+ missing room amenities + car park miscommunication"

Excellent Breakfast & Service: The breakfast was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—they even went out of their way to warm up my oat milk in the kitchen microwave.

Room Amenities: The double bed only had a power socket on one side, and there was no toilet brush provided in our bathroom. Parking Discount Issue: We were informed by the hotel that a discount would apply to the Broad Mall car park, bringing the fee to £7.00. However, despite the front desk checking our ticket, we were surprised to be charged the full amount of £8.10 at the exit machine on the second day. This left us feeling a bit disappointed.

Company booking, not my choice as in middle of town. Prefer to be just on outside of it. Pool was a plus but very busy with builders. Staff OK room was clean.
