Yassine at the main reception and Nadinder Lama (Restaurant manage) who extremely helpful and really stood out. The blonde lady at breakfast was extremely helpful. The room was a good nice and liked how they had both a shower and a bath available. The facilities were good. The staff was able to cater for celiac disease individual. The double bed was comfortable

The sofa bed wasnt that comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond for us with a late arrival and they went above and beyond when I fell poorly on the final day

The hotel staff provided excellent service and support. Even during a long stay, I was able to relax without any stress. Especially Jaro, Lama and Alex support me a lot.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Many thanks in particular to Marissa on my checkin who was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to another lady at the reception on my checkout (didn't collect her name), she made every effort to help find my engagement ring which I thought I lost but later found it when I got home. Thank you all. First time of using Novotel, shall definitely use them again 👍🏽

The carpet in my room was a bit dated, but kinda expected. Must be the wear n tear. I read later on a notice in the room that I could collect a bottled water at the reception. That should have been offered at checkin. I didn't need to go back for that, so I didn't go back to collect the water. This should be placed in the room or given at checkin.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Novotel Reading Centre this weekend and had an excellent stay. We'd asked for a quiet room which we were given and had no noise issues at all. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the train station, well served by all the local buses and walking distance to everything in central Reading. The staff were hugely welcoming and we had great service from everyone, special shout out to Lucy and Marissa on reception who were hugely welcoming and made our stay just a bit extra special. We will definitely stay again.
