"Very good stay for business trip"

Stayed here for two nights. The reception staff were efficient and helpful, and they quickly sorted out a refund for dinner charges that had been added in error. They also made sure all my requests were met, including allocating a quiet room. Special mention to Klara in the dining area — she was excellent and made sure every guest was well looked after. The location is perfect, right next to the train station and in the heart of the city centre. The only drawback was the expensive car parking.

"Welcoming, great amenities and most importantly friendly with conscientious service."

Lovely staff, conscientious, helpful and friendly - smiles and welcoming, very personable and made our stay really enjoyable. Thank you The 12 noon check out on Sunday, as well as breakfast from 7-11am, this allowed us to have an early swim and relaxed departure after a breakfast with lovely staff making us feel really welcome.

good location for restaurants & shopping & the pool and sauna facilities were nice.

the only reason I am not giving this an overall good rating is because the reception staff knew I wanted to use the pool, but failed to tell us it would be closed for maintenance!
