The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa

Nice clean hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. If you have ever visited Patong you will know that the drains are not always the best, but the hotel did its utmost to keep the rooms and reception fresh and clean. Rooms were always made up. Food available on site was excellent. If you are a B & B guest, the breakfast selection is good, varied and constant, they even tell you the best times to go if you are in a hurry to get out for the day. If you have a downstairs room off the pool it can get noisy at night due to the Cruise Club, but it finishes around midnight. Bonus is that you can just walk down the corridor straight to the pool, which has an excellent swim up bar, we loved Patong and would definitely go back to this hotel.

Very very disappointed with this once nice hotel. Stayed at the tower section of the hotel booked a suite with super large balcony. So far all good. During my stay they desired to move me to another room due to renovation work to be done on my suite (they should not have let me book this suite if this activity to happen). I refused the alternative room because the balcony is lousy small. So guess what? Next day they turned off the aircon in my suite, just to get me out of it. I call that mafia practices and is totally unacceptable. And no manager has the balls to speak to me, just let staff uncomfortably deal with a very disappointed guest, what a leadership! The place has seriously deteriorated, alternatives in the same area like Indigo and Novotel are much much better options to stay for a nice break. Forget about Royal Paradise hotel it is a dump with totally not sense of customer satisfaction...

This was my second visit to the hotel, and once again, it was an amazing stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — everything you need is just steps away. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were quick, efficient, and super helpful. I absolutely loved it and will definitely make this my go-to place every time I visit Phuket.

Under construction and lots of noise

Travelling to Thailand with family was such a delight. The best part was our stay at Phuket in Hotel Royal Paradise located just 5 kins walk away from the Patong beach. Loved the hotel , the food , the services. Smiling faces all around of the hotel staff. Very good hospitality overall. Special mention to the Bell Desk Captiain , Pon ( please pardon if the spelling is wrong ). He was always a step forward to assist us at the lobby at all the times. Thank you Royal Paradise for having us.

Had a great stay with about 10 people in our group ! Renovations were happening on most floors of the paradise towers but it was still fine ! Pool bar and all staff are very friendly and accomodating.

If you're staying in Phuket, this is the hotel, hands down. Great location, quick walk to everything, perfect service, delicious breakfast included, easy parking, and guest friendly.
