Quality Inn Elkton -St Augustine South

This hotel was awful, especially for the price. The breakfast was never refilled and cleaned up promptly by 10am. The ice machine is broken. It never had ice in the evening or the morning. I was there two nights and no one made the bed. I was lucky to get clean towels because i was there when they knocked and the shiwer stuff did not have what was labeled on the container. Everything was a cheap soap.

The front desk agent Kevin was absolutely amazing. I work in hotels before and I know that trying to accommodate everyone needs can be a job in its self. However Kevin was able to accommodate me and my family's needs. We also got locked out of one of our rooms and Kevin went above and beyond and brought our keys to us so we didn't have to make that walk all the way back to the front deck. It may not seem like a big deal but when you have been traveling for hours and you finally get to that spot and it's time to unwind and then your room key doesn't work it can easily turn into a stressful moment. I have stayed other places and the key didn't work and the front agent could have been accommodating but they had chosed not to be. I just want to say "Thank you Kevin"! Keep up the great work. The girl at the desk was very nice

Cleanliness of the room. We had to kill several roaches (not water bugs) we requested non smoking and people obviously smoked there, stains on furniture and mold

A lot of equipment don't work.

The room was extremely dirty and the swimming pool closed by health department.Unsanitary condition.

Terrible. Bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling. Questionable people hanging outside all night. Not a safe place if you have kids.

A bit old, but pretty good overall

Roaches in the sink area, toilet rocked, dirt/scum at the base of the tub enclosure, a hand towel was dirty.

Nothing

Everything was dirty. sheets never changed and gross. It even had blood on the pillows., bed itself was disgusting, It reeked of cigarettes even though I paid for a smoke free room. Shower was gross as well. Toilet too. they provided us with cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves.he did as if I wanted him to do it though. After cleaning and sanitizing everything the saty was better. And the stopper on the door is broken. So keep door completely locked.
