Quality Inn Elkton -St Augustine South

They didn’t do cleaning service for the second day stay….

The room was not very clean. It smelled bad of smoke and I requested a non smoking room. The towels, washcloths were ragged and stained. I do not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, price was reasonable compared to hotels near downtown. The price was still too high in my opinion for the conditions of the hotel. I found cigarette burns on the toilet seat also cracks and chips on surfaces. Short pet hair between the bed sheets. The towels and sheets of the bed were supposed to be white but they looked to be beige from stains and also some stains that looked to be food.The staff were very unwelcoming, always staring like they are looking for something wrong with serious faces. It looked to be only one lady cleaning while a man sat down staring at her. Very cold costumer service and experience at check in as well

Visiting sick family so not a happy time.

The most disgusting place ever, dirty, no blankets changed, bad smell, the worrs front desk service by the lady in the night shift. She was rude and aggressive. Only the guy in the morning was nice . This place should be closed.
