Quality Inn Elkton -St Augustine South

Needed more cleaning on certain areas but great service

The morning staff we're friendly and helpful. The evening staff would barely speak and acted like she couldn't wait to get rid of me.the breakfast

The breakfast was really good except for the juice. Tasted like red water.

Terrible !!! Pictures show nothing of what this hotel is. There are bed bugs all over the rooms...

Good quality for a low price and only a few miles from downtown St. Augustine.

Old and no maintenance. Bathtub had a hole. Rusty handles. Poor experience

We arrived late after a long drive and we were too tired to inspect the room properly.. We quickly unpacked and went back out to grab some takeout to eat back in the room. Upon our return to the room, we sat at the small table, and we immediately recognized the smell of excrement. Looking under the table, we noticed both dog excrement and urine. Not wanting to eat at the table, we moved to the bed. My wife moved to the bed where she noticed dog hair was all over the bottom bed sheet. She called to the front desk and was informed that there was no housekeeping but we could go to another room. Having already unpacked things, my wife cleaned up the dog excrement herself and then went to the front desk to get clean sheets. There were two workers at the front desk, but somehow, no one was willing to bring new sheets to our room or to clean up the dog crap. By that time, her takeout food was cold, and she tried to heat it in the microwave. It showed an error message, and the television signal was lost. It appeared that they were on the same electrical outlet. Nevertheless, the food did heat. We ate, slept, and left in the morning without showering, as the shower did not appear to be very clean. To sum up, it was a CRAPPY experience. Don't spend your money here, try another hotel. There is NO Quality at this Inn.

Dirty and dark.

Great breakfast they had a great selection. The room had a refrigerator microwave iron and blow dryer. And very nice staff.

They close breakfast at 9am and by 10:30am they diactivated the room card key eventhough is not 11am
