Beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Staff were kind friendly and helpful.

A clean tidy hotel , we went on a bed & breakfast package , the food was good but quite expensive, and the drinks really were over priced , saying that they run a shuttle bus to the local town where food and drink is excellent value , after all you come to Thailand for the great diversity of food and value for money , 7-11 is just around the corner as well and there’s a great bar at the bottom of hill called Russell’s bar , this was fantastic. I found the staff to be excellent and very friendly, big shout out to Ben , she upgraded us , 5 nights upgrade was £71 , well worth it the room and balcony was exceptional, Maggie was also good , beach was nice but the water was very rocky at knee height which was a little bit of a let down , overall the hotel was good, a bit tucked away in cape panwa but if you are after a peaceful retreat this one is great

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of Phuket, good food , great pool , beach a bit disappointing. The rooms are lovely and the service very good. Using the taxi service up and down the hill is very worth it as there are some lovely restaurants in the town. It is part of the Cape group and a small luxury hotel of the world too.

The worst customer service among hotels & resorts in Thailand!! Starting from the first day when we checked in at the front desk, all staff (except the bell boys and security guards at the main entrance) did not greet and welcome us at all. A lady in short blonde hair, May, who I believed was the customer service manager, gave us a poker face and was impolite and impatient. Regardless some of us were being served by the other staff, she asked us to stop and to stand in front of her so she could brief the 7-8 of us in one go. We were shocked by her attitude and impatience. Every time we met the staff in the hotel during our stay (e.g. at the spa place, breakfast cafe, front desk), no one greeted us. This surprised us a lot as this is very rare in Thailand. In one morning, while having breakfast at the hotel, I asked a female staff for hot water. I got a response that I didn’t expect at all - I was asked to get the water from the coffee machine nearby on my own. Following the lady’s instruction, I found light brownish water coming out from the machine which was of some mild coffee taste. Couldn’t imagine staff would instruct the customer to do so. At around 11pm at one night, I called the front desk / housekeeping staff to ask for a toothbrush. After 30 mins, the toothbrush was not yet delivered to my room. I called again to ask and the staff replied that there was only one staff on duty in the entire hotel and asked me to wait for a while more. I didn’t expect such inefficient service at all. Very disappointed. My friends were even charged for each extra bottle of water they asked for. Food offered in breakfast was not satisfactory as well. Choices were very limited. Do think twice before deciding to stay at this hotel.

This was the last hotel that we stayed in during our 2 week trip to Thailand and was the least favourite of the 3 that we visited. Whilst the hotel was lovely and in a beautiful location we found most of the staff were not very friendly and not overly attentive apart from an older lady at the beach bar and Maggie when we checked in. The food was also a little disappointing-we were on a full board package with TUI so most of the meals seemed to be buffet style which weren't the best particularly the lunch buffet at the beach bar which was limited. We did have a lovely meal however at the Cape Panwa restaurant on the beach which you couldn't fault. Whilst the room itself was lovely it overlooked a small car park at the back of the hotel so sitting on the balcony wasn't that pleasant. Overall we did enjoy the hotel but probably wouldn't rush back.

We ended our Holiday at this hotel with 3 nights,on a return visit from 31 years ago . Everything 1st class -staff very helpful and friendly. If you use the Spa thoroughly recommend Pimpan ,had the best Thai massage from this lovely lady -Thank you x

Only the room met our expectations. The hotel is not stroller friendly, because an elevator dont exist on thr premesis. You have use stairs to go to your room and a cable car to go to the beach, but its difficult to have the stroller with you in the cable car. The beach is full of big and sharp stones so its not child friendly at all. The lunch was terrible, so we decided not to eat dinner at the hotel. We ordered from outside the hotel. The service in general was under our expectations. Many of the staff members didnt understand english. But Kim from the reception was great, she was kind and helpfull. But a lot of the times we unfortenatly feelt that the other receptionmembers was bullied her, espacially the receptionist with russian accent.

Fabulous retreat perfect setting , staff amazing , but drinks and food a bit overpriced especially as they appear to add service charge and tax which we did not see anywhere else on our three weeks travels . That said the location is fab and there are restaurants and 711 nearby . Would definitely visit again and hopefully next year .

Beautiful property, walk along the private beach, clean room, accommodating staff, excellent breakfast buffet

Great hotel for a luxurious stay. The private beach and numerous dining options made this a very relaxing and wonderful trip. Staff were helpful and kind. Room was spacious and well appointed.
