Cape Panwa Hotel

Another visit to this lovely Thai style hotel. We come each year because we love the ambience here and particularly the staff who are so attentive. It's so nice to find a hotel who seem to retain staff for many years. Happy staff means happy customers. ! The beach was perfect this visit, beach staff led by Sandy were really attentive. There's a good choice on the menu at Bamboo Bar on the beach and regular beer promotions and specials to keep drinks costs lower ! The food generally this trip has been excellent and I would say better than last year when it was still good. This year though it's been great. The Andaman cafe breakfast with AonAon has a wide selection of European and Asian breakfast treats as well as egg and omelette stations and a special Thai dish for the day. AonAon also served is afternoon tea after some of our party upgraded to the Cape Absolute. She is always so friendly yet professional. The afternoon tea was really tasty and completely different from the ones in the UK. Thank you Aon Aon and Sandy for all your attention and also to Pim and Maggie on reception for all their help with our arrangements . We have already booked for our next trip and can't wait !

Only complaint is I only had one night before heading back to Stateside.

We love this hotel- hence we gave just had our 3rd visit. We have always upgraded to a sea view suite on arrival which is generally much better than pre booking. Rooms are lovely- and presumably at some point- were 2 and made into 1. Private beach accessible by funicular railway- or very steep steps. Good shuttle bus to take you down to village- and also shuttle buses to Central, Phuket old town and Patong for small fee. Good buffet breakfast and coconut bar on beach good for drinks and lunches.

Cape Panwa Hotel provided an exceptional experience. With my expectations of my holiday to rest and relax. The on-site facilities were great, multiples pools, beach access and the restaurants were outstanding. The service was always on point from all staff, but Hazel always went above and beyond and provided top tier service. Daily cheap shuttles to offsite areas. Close to many places to get a massage. Some small showers this time of year but only last 10 or so minutes and would go away. Over all terrific stay.

Wonderfully kind and friendly staff (in particular James, Hazel, Lisa, Aon Aon, Thapanee, Lukkanawan, Ann, Bew, Nuch, Scimpong and Annabelle). These ladies and gentleman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are an absolute credit to the resort! The food was excellent and the rooms beautiful. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing holiday!

Great hotel, amazing staff and GREAT fun for little ones! Our daughter spent time in Monkey Club and she LOVED it! She is a shy kid and we did not expect her to stay on her own but Beatriz was simply AMAZING and became Kami’s best friend in hours! This allowed us to enjoy ourselves and everything hotel has to offer (and it’s plenty!!!). Highly recommend it! And best wishes to Beatriz ♥️ Kami misses you and we will be back!

After spending 2 weeks at the hotel, we enjoyed everything that was on offer. The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond. Lisa and Onon were our waitresses. They were always smiling and they were excellent servers. The food at the resort was unbelievable. The amount on offer was immense. Our meals were so delicious and plentiful.

Lisa at Cafe Andaman is an exceptional waitress! Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly enhance the dining experience. She's quick to offer recommendations, and makes us feel like valued customers. Her service is efficient and professional, and she always has a smile. Highly recommend seeking her out when you visit!

We had our wedding at cape panwa in April, we organised it all through the hotel with an amazing lady called Aom! Nothing was too much it was, so easy and laid back experiences everything we asked for and more was given to us. We had our wedding on the terrace and the evening It was super secluded didn't feel like we were in a hotel at all It was right out of the way with amazing views. It comes highly recommended from us and our family. We also stayed at cape panwa for 10 days with a group of 8 adults. It was a beautiful stay and plenty to do around with a free bus into the little harbour town with loads of restaurants to choose from. It's not too far from the main town but we only did one trip as we were so busy. We only had breakfast included but it was always fresh and lots of choice for lunch we ate at the main restaurant and the pool! Would really recommend the pool bar and the food It was really great food. The only thing I would suggest is if you have mobility issues ask for a room closer to the pool as there are some rooms with a few steps but if you are near the pool you'll be close to everything.

A very quiet place to stay, about 30mins away from Phuket, but that is what we expected. Two weeks of sheer delight. All the staff were so polite, helpful, and we never saw a frown. Special mention to both Aon-aon and to Nuch, who both helped my disabled wife so much.
