Got “upgraded” to room next to the property cooling towers! Next time let me see what the “upgrade” is to. Ask for a different room but never got a reply from front desk personnel. Live and learn…not going back to this resort.

The check in person was rude bad experience. Told manager about awful experience!. He said sorry but he didnt mean it. Food was not cooked right, it was awful. Drinks were bad. Just a awful mothers day experience i will never forget
