Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa Cabo San Lucas

The property is in a great location . The food is limited 2 types of beers and All inclusive doesnt cover the restaurants, tips, etc. They did an add on fee daily and then 10-7 am you cannot get any water unless you pay. All inclusive plan is horrible.

The elevators were not working in a couple of places throughout the 4 day stay. Essentially only one elevator functioning in the whole property

Five stars for sure! The staff was courteous and attentive the food was so good even room service was timely and delicious. The ocean view so pretty. We are relaxed after laying by the pool and eating ceviche poolside. This was great!!!

I will never return back. The front desk staff was rude & disrespectful which gave us a lot of anxiety & stress to where my gf couldn't sleep the night we arrived which is why we checked out the following morning.

Our room had a leaky air conditioning unit that we had to put 5 towels on floor for 5 days. The front desk said they overcharged our stay by $600! The itemized room charges were on receipt but not the room rates we agreed on Hotels.com

The staff at the restaurants were great! The the food, not so great. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. I’m not sure if all rooms have the same tub/ shower combo made out of tile, but it is super slippery when wet. And the rain shower style shower…why?

First time traveling internationally and staying at a resort. So glad VDA was the one we chose. Would definitely recommend booking again. Overall 10/10!

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Excellent resort. The food is excellent. Try the flank steak tacos and the nachos. We travelled with a 6 month old and didn’t need to go for anything. Pool and jacuzzi are super nice.
