There’s a lot of construction going on at the resort that nobody made us aware of before we came. We had no hot water for over two days and no one ever offered to speak to us about the issue. We had to go to them and ask what we can do to get a hot shower. We love the location. The views are wonderful there.

We have been staying at this resort for several years, we love the location. We love the service that we get there. The food is good the drinks are OK. They had issues with their hot water so we had to go to full days without any hot water to take showers, we understand that things happen, but they never told anybody they never sent out letters to the room or notes, saying that there would be no hot water. There was no communication about this issue, which was very frustrating.

Property and location was nice people working there had very cheerful attitudes the flip side was they were remodeling when we were there so there was a lot of construction going on one thing you want to ask if there's construction before you go peace and quiet is what we went for not so much quiet but peaceful other than that everything worked out perfectly... cheers
