Compared to last year it was a big uplift. Rebranded and refurbished. The elevators were working! As always, the location is perfect for me, since I arrive by bus from SeaTac in the evening, and leave with the train in the morning.

The room could have been darker. There was a very strong light on the facade just outside. Also, the there was bit of noise from the horns of the trains on the railway.

The second floor sign says fitness/sauna, but there ended up not being a sauna. Held up at check out because the elevator was stuck somewhere and the second elevator wasn't working.

"Don't worry too much on the Negatives"

This was such a great hotel location for our concert. We could easily get to the plaza at the Tacoma Dome, and run back to our room without delay.

The communication with the hotel on Booking.com wasn't great, so I'd recommend calling the hotel directly to discuss add-ons or questions you may have. But be warned, the two systems do not talk to each other so there may be a little bit of confusion when you check in with requests like early check-in. There is one elevator working, and I caught it twice where I had to wait over 10 minutes to/from the 5th floor. Parking was interesting, I lucked out with a spot in parking A. They have two lots, A & B, and they mentioned another lot for additional overflow but luckily I didn’t need to go to that one as it is an open lot. There is homeless in the area, I noted seeing a wellness center across the street. I never got the feeling that they would do anything harmful though. Don't wander towards the industrial area, it got a little more seedy over there. Lights are bright outside at all hours, but if you tuck in the blinds nicely, you'll be fine. Photo included around 11PM before tucking in the blinds. Last bit of advice, the premium when concerts are happening literally doubles and doesn't include parking for $15. With that being said, I'd stay here again.
