Location to where I needed to go.

There was no hot water in my room, had to take a cold shower. And my children didn’t get to bathe as I’m not going to Mae them take cold showers. I called the front desk, they said they could move me but not willing to bring up the new key and I was running late to an appointment, so I took a cold shower. I asked for a discount and was not given one.

I'm beyond disappointed. The windows are so bad in this hotel and the cold air was constant in my room. I never saw 1 maid the entire time. Trying to get back in the hotel was a joke. Theres no reason why I should have had to walk down to the garage just to get back in. The food offered was sad. Barely anything there by the time you got to eat. Rude lady working it when she was around. Garbage allover the garage. Just gross. And why offer laundry room services if you don't have any quarters available? Just a waste of my money to come here because I was put out. And you charged me a deposit why? You got the room back cleaner than I received it. I will never use this hotel again

"Great location to the Tacoma Dome, but no food service, restaurants or communication regarding prkg"

Check in staff, lack of support when over 50 people are in a lineup. No food on site. Not communicated well.

"Great Hotel for going to the Dome"

Super close to the Dome for the concert. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff.

The toilet was really low to the ground and made it uncomfortable to use the restroom. One elevator was broke so it took forever to go up and down.
