"This is a clean, comfortable hotel in a not-great location, but it does have free, gated parking for vehicles under 6"

We liked that this hotel was comfortable, clean, and had free, on-site parking. As two women traveling alone, it's super important to feel safe where we are sleeping. Inside the hotel, we felt very safe and secure. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was included.

The worst part about staying here was the location. The hotel is RIGHT next to Tacoma Dome (a huge event center) where there are frequent vehicle break-ins, especially when there are events happening there. We had a roof rack storage compartment and couldn't fit in the 6'6 gated parking garage, but the garage definitely would've added more security for our car (just not available for larger vehicles). Instead, we had to park in the front of the hotel. They do have cameras out front, so that gave us some piece of mind. On a separate note, their AC was down when we stayed (for 2 nights). It didn't get too hot, but it was definitely an inconvenience for the price. They did offer complimentary fans.

Clean and comfortable room Staff was friendly and professional, awesome

The HVAC (cooling) was not working and the windows would not open, screwed shut. Very stuffy and warm when temps outside were 75+. We were not advised that they knew it wasn't working and no fans were brought around for customers.
