The receptionist was very helpful when I needed to print out a new Greyhound ticket after Greyhound cancelled my original booking at very short notice. Breakfast was sufficient.

The air conditioning system was not working when I arrived. Fortunately (a) the reception managed to obtain an electric fan for me to use, which made my stay comfortable and (b) it was in May and not at the height of summer.

Breakfast was good, clean, quiet

TLDR - Issue resolved. Booked and paid through Booking.com. At check-in, they charged me a deposit plus the same amount again. I've asked twice, are you not double charging me? And here we are, I paid almost three times the amount given they will hold 100 for 1 month. This is ridiculous. Please, return my money back.
