Best Western Plus Downtown Tacoma

Front staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, even received a small gift for staying and becoming a member, which was unexpected. Being across the street from the event I was attending made for an easy trip

The elevator was broke

Bed was comfortable.

Parking was not great for our use.

Awful experience! My son in law was trapped in the elevator from 9:30 at night until almost 11:00. The hotel staff did not know what to do, no one was prepared, one elevator was out of order and the one that worked got stuck! The worse thing about this experience is that the hotel does not care! No one has reached out to us. No one has called us, in fact I have called for 4 weeks in a row, and no one cares! I would avoid this hotel and Best Western overall! Imagine your child being the one that was stuck!

I liked that it’s close to the Tacoma Dome.

The parking is very confusing. Especially because the front part is only a loading and offloading zone. And the main parking is in garages, which is fine but makes it difficult for people trying to park.
