Nanjing Central Hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. They initially gave us two rooms which were super stuffy and upon our feedback, immediately assigned us another two rooms with windows. Very prompt service recovery. Location was excellent with shopping mall's and food nearby.

Hotel didn't have Aircon during winter season according to them. Hence if the rooms don't come with windows u can open, the ventilation is zero and you are practically staying in sauna. So be sure to check on the rooms they assigned. Hotel is a little old in general. Also, the bath area is at the front door with no segregation so when bathing, no one else can go in and out of the room which is a little inconvenient.

Weak aircon. Probably centrally heated due to late autumn. Front desk helped to offer us a table fan.

Flexibility with check in and check out times. They graciously allowed us to check in early due to the early flight arrival.

This is fantastic place to stay. What impressed us most is the service. All the servicing staff from the counter to the housekeeping and restaurant are so helpful and friendly. All of them make effort to make you feel at home and would go the extra miles to make sure you needs are met. They are not bound by division of their role and always serve with a smile. Never had we encountered such service culture elsewhere. They should be rewarded for their great service!!

今年三月住了非常滿意.這次還是連住11晚.第一晚的房間悶熱充電插頭無法插入.換房後是很好.但是心裡確實不舒服.

Super close to De Ji mall and being accessible at the heart of the CBD. Most importantly was the service from the staff. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, always reachable for anything. We got local recommendations from the team when we arrived, and the team had taken care of us through the whole stay.
