No breakfast. Pool was clean

Room was shabby, smelled musty and of pets and tobacco. Tub was unusable with mold and rust. Microwave was unsafe, rusty. No place to rinse sand off so floors gritty.

I like that the property workers are always friendly and I like the porch a lot!

I didn’t like that we didn’t stay longer

The needs were actually comfortable which was very nice. Honestly the property could just use some updating.

Room smelled of wet dog, mold and cigarettes. Linens were not clean with visable unwashed stains on them, outlets didnt work, carpets were stained, mold in the bathroom. Overall this place was extremely run down and unsanitary.

I went and got my key for the room and the room was terrible I asked for another room because the mattress was terrible the said no then I asked if I could have a refund they said no that was it I check out 10 minutes after I got there I lost all that money for the room plus 120 dollars for an AA convention and the 50 dollars I spent for gas ,I will never use Expedia again those people at that hotel were meth demons

Call first. There are deals for phone call reservations only. Once I inquired I was told I was an online reservation and that I was unable to get the same rate.

We debated whether to stay here because of some not so nice reviews. However it ended up perfect for us. We needed a place large enough for me, my friend, and her two teenagers so wanted a place with separate rooms. All hotels in the area were over $300 for just one room. We ended up getting a three floor, two bedrooms, one large main room with two beds, and a kitchenette/living room space for around $270 - perfect for us. Yes, the place is older, darkened grout in bathtub, etc... but we found it to be very clean. The lock didn't appear to be lock properly but we tried and it was very secure. Also slight draft around the door so may be chilly in the winter. However beds were extremely comfortable and place very spacious. We loved having a kitchen to cook our meals. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pools (indoor and out) were clean and a comfortable temperature. All in all, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price, this is the place..

The beds were comfortable, that's about it, if you like staying in a place that looks like it's still in 1974, you'll love it here.

So old, tear it down and rebuild.
