Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff went above and beyond and catered to our every need. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds very comfy too. Breakfast was absolutely incredible and freshly cooked to order, we can’t bear hotel buffets, so this was perfect for us. Hotel is perfectly located close to Marina, restaurants and only a short drive to Anacapri. I would definitely stay here again and couldn’t fault a thing! Thank you to all the staff, you were a huge part of a fantastic stay at Hotel Excelsior Parco. We will be back!

Our stay at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived in Capri, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff met us at the harbor, helped us with everything, and made us feel like valued guests from the very first minute. We were generously upgraded to a beautiful room with a breathtaking sea view, which made our stay even more special. Throughout our visit, every member of the staff treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They were always available to help, arrange transportation, recommend excellent restaurants, and suggest wonderful places to enjoy the stunning views of Capri. What impressed us most was not only the excellent service, but the sincere care and friendliness shown by everyone at the hotel. We felt less like customers and more like guests in a beautiful home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will always remember our time at Excelsior Parco and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Capri. Warm regards from Norway.

The hotel is stunning, the garden and coastal views are just beautiful. The rooms are decorated very elegantly and the service is truly outstanding. Don’t hesitate to book here.

We stayed at Excelsior Parco during our visit to Capri, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect—far enough from the crowds and chaos of the town center to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough that getting downtown is easy, especially after the day-trippers leave the island and Capri becomes truly magical. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly romantic. It has a classic charm that feels authentic to Capri rather than overly commercial. The property is impeccably maintained, and we especially appreciated their commitment to environmental sustainability, which is evident throughout the hotel. The food was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed our meals there. Another huge advantage is the complimentary transportation service to both the town center and the port. Honestly, that’s all you need to enjoy the island without worrying about logistics. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was exceptionally kind, professional, and hardworking. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us and elevated an already wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spacious and facing the water! The price was so good! If you’re looking for a beautiful, classy, romantic hotel in Capri with outstanding service, excellent amenities, and a perfect location, Excelsior Parco is an easy recommendation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
