location is great because you can walk to so many attractions. Front desk Personal are very kind and attentive. Premises and rooms are very clean. I definitely will stay in there again.

Reception was great. Owner very friendly. Room was simple and clean. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi fabulous. Hair dryer shorted out (didn't really care). A/C was louder, but overworked. Excellent location, we walked to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Great breakfast etc. restaurant across the street. Great value.

"Good location, poor accommodation."

The location is really the only thing going for this very tired and rundown motel.

Floors are uneven and noisy when walked on. No small coffee maker offered. Soap the size of a quarter! Ten sachets of shampoo and no conditioner. Door to the cabinet where the fridge is was off its hinges. Fridge not cold. Insufficient lighting. You had to hold the toilet handle down for ten seconds to make sure it flushed properly. Sure, it’s Niagara Falls, but $237 a night for this!?
