Helpful staff, great gym and pool

the apartment was lovely with great views and very comfortable, close to restaurant's we highly recommend the Steak house grill 66 amazing food and service.. Free tram transport around the city was beside the apartments'. We would definitely stay there again . Thank you team .

Great apartment and location.

Great location, was able to take our dog. Rooms need painting and minor works. Indoor pool was way too cold so kids didn't swim and we booked based on it having an indoor pool. Was handy having washing machine and dryer.

well, Booking for tennis courts is a joke 2 hours before no cool when no one using them. Staff didnt know what they was doing in this manner with bookings. The TV in bedroom had no foxtel or way of connection to anything other then standard tv

Great location very convenient and very accessible Nice area to walk your dog and so close to town and events The apartment is really good- but unfortunately the old dark furniture and uncomfortable sofa let it down. The bed was not very comfortable needed a mattress topper and the rug had been rolled half way in bedroom- trip hazard. Curtains / drapes very hard to close and the sheer curtains are poor quality. Kitchen is really good has the very very minimal basics but great bench space and the balcony is lovely to sit and have a morning coffee or evening drink The tv would turn on by itself in the bedroom which was quite strange- and not the best tv viewing stations- could do with an upgrade. Overall fairly comfortable stay -and Overall everything just needs a big update. You would expect Better quality fittings and comfort for the price.

Handy to public transport and close to the central city

Remote didn’t work. TV No reception. Doona stained. No instructions for washer/dryer. Only two small towels for two people for two nights. One shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash for two people for two nights. No daily service unless pay extra. Lots of storage. Staff very helpful. Bedroom tiny. Happy to provide extra soap etc.

Didn’t know the pool was getting work done on it, couldn’t use it. Hallways smelled, no plug for the bath tub or sink, heated didn’t work to good, washing machine had leg and wanted to go for walk, lights weren’t hat good.
