The Sebel Residences Melbourne Docklands Serviced Apartments

This apartment was HUGE we are a family of 6 with 4 very boisterous children and we attempted our first holiday in 5 years. We were very happy with the huge spaces and we had 3 toilets to choose from a lovely round spa in the ensuite and the view was like nothing i have ever seen, it was so stunning! Having acccess to netflix was great for the kiddos as well although they loved the huge wrap around balcony and spent much time out there. Loved our stay so much we would book again!

Liked that bedroom and bathroom were seperate. The kitchen area was excellent especially the full size fridge. Would stay there again

Friendly staff, great facilities and location

The property is in a good location with tram just in front. The apartment we stayed in had a beautiful living/kitchen area with lovely views. The rest of the apartment could do with a better clean, especially the shower. No matter what you pay, the property should be clean.

Very central to marvel stadium and very central to docklands in general. Reception staff were great to deal with, overall highly recommended place to stay.

The room description and photos on wotif did not match the actual room we were given. We were told by management that it was an error on wotif's part and they provided a different room type which was excellent and offered a water view

Great size apartment, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and location of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful . We will definitely stay there again

This room was very run down for its age, bathroom vanity basically falling apart, tile grout was very dirty. benchtops had not been cleaned down properly and as we booked through wotif they said due to this been a third party booking they hadnt complied with our request.

Apartment is in a perfect location and we had a great view. Well equiped for cooking. We found that it wasn’t very clean.. hair from a previous guest were around the bathroom and the curtains are filthy. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden board so we didn’t get a lot of sleep. We enjoyed having access to the gym, although it did require us having to leave the building to go to the main building to sign in (I assume this was brought in during covid).

The apartment was very small, the bedroom didn’t even have room to store luggage. The aircon was good but made the balcony too hot to sit on while it was in use. The shower head was unstable/kept falling off and there were only two small towels that were provided. The plates in the cupboard were dirty and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed/cleaned. A lot of the furniture had marks from wear and tear or damage. Check-in took a while as it was a busy period but check-out was quick. For the price it was acceptable but in the future I’ll probably pay more and stay somewhere with more space and better amenities.
