Star of the Sea Guest House

The host is very friendly. Very clean room and amenities. The room with the bay view is amazing and is spacious. Occasional mild noise from the street as cars have to accelerate up the hill but it's manageable. Would return again for future visits!

We had no heat . There was a thermostat but it did not work. So, we used the oven for heat . Also , keep your TV simple !! There were 2 remotes and No instructions .

The property was very well maintained and super quiet. It definitely felt a lot more like a home than any hotel.

This was a lovely choice for a stay. I had a suite, with living area and balcony with ocean view and bedroom. The bidet toilet was a fun plus, and the space overall was very comfortable. The tv was large and worked great, the couch was comfy for lounging on and the little desk and chair were handy for working. The in-room fridge is a good size and Adele said I could use the kitchen microwave if needed (I didn't). She was super responsive, and White Rock is a great location, especially with walkable dinner options like there are at the Star of the Sea. I hope to return one day!

Close to Marine Dr with Restaurant Row. Beautiful suite with private balcony looking out to the Boundry Bay.
