"Excellent"

Lovely guest home - unfortunately on a very noisy street because of the incline. Owner has cats - I am not sure if that is mentioned in the description - male cat smells, however, the animals did not bother us in the room. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for the jet tub! We were in Canada for business but I recommend this B & B for quality at the price. Thanks

"Excellent"

Incredible view, luxurious room. Great breakfast, Kind and courteous host. Cute siamese kitties in residence. No AC, but it was not really essential since sea breezes coming in from balcony windows cooled room adequately. Intercom in room was a bit disconcerting.

No air conditioning! Thermometer in room read 85 degrees. House smelled of cooking and cat urine. Ashtray on porch full of cigarette butts and one chair broken. NO ONE around to answer questions and voice mailbox was FULL (a bad sign). We left immediately.

"Exceptional"

The view from our balcony was spectacular! It was nice to have a bedroom and a sitting room. Lots of little extras. Coffee and tea, small fridge, very well appointed bathroom!

"Great view. Sweet seaside town. comments beds."

Communication was difficult. The breakfast was mediocre whereas we decided to go out for breakfast the 2nd day. The room was comfortable. The TV was very difficult to figure out. They didn't have information on local restaurants or activities.

"Great view and cozy"

Netflix was great, WiFi was great, breakfast was nice and healthy. Walking to West Beach down a hill was easy but a killer coming back.
