"Will never go to mexico again its dangerous"

There was no breakfast no cook

The wifi didnt work properly, the hotel was in the middle of a cartel take over of the town and we were hostage for 4 days

The pool was nice and large and good for swimming laps. The room was nice and large. The first room that we had didn't have very good lighting. We thought that we had booked a room with a balcony but there wasn't one in our original room. The staff person was very nice and helped us upgrade to a room with a nice large terrace. There was only a small fee for the upgrade. It was much nicer and the lighting was better.

But there was cleanliness issue with the pool. There were people using the pool holding a baby in the water for hours. Was the baby wearing a swim diaper? The lighting in the first room was not good. The main light didn't work and the bedside light was not very bright for reading. The TV in the first room did not work well. The main issue for my partner was that the air conditioner for the room below us was located right outside our window. It was loud and vibrated our room. He found it hard to sleep with the noise. Complimentary breakfast was merger.

Me gustó el trato, la recepción fue muy buena , no tardó mucho en asignar habitación, la alberca muy limpia. La habitación muy bien. Los garrafones de agua en los pasillos es muy buena idea, la cortesía para pan y café muy bien.

Durante toda la estancia de 3 días ví 5 cucarachas normales, todas en el baño. Hay que reforzar la fumigación.
