Hotel Vallartasol

Al principio nos habían asignado una habitación que no le servía bien el aire acondicionado y nos faltaron toallas, pero al final de una hora, nos cambiaron la habitación por una mucho mejor para remediar la situación, mucho mas espaciosa y con mas cosas, aunque tuve que ir 2 veces, lo arreglaron con el cambio. La alberca es temperatura ambiente, con el clima estaba muy bien y sobre el estacionamiento hay que estacionar a los alrededores, no se me hace muy seguro pero puedes conseguir buen lugar hasta en la noche. La señora que está en los desayunos debe de intentar sonreir, al único que sonrió fue a un gringo pero a los demas que eramos mexicanos nos atendió con una cara que ni ella se aguantaba... por favor que no haga esa distinción!! el pan muy rico por cierto. Como sugerencia, como nos hospedaron en suite por el cambio, les recomiendo que agreguen un microondas.

Very nice hotel, loved the pool, kinda wish there's a restaurant where you can have some drinks next to the pool.

Super well thought out hotel and clearly loved. Definitely recommend . Breakfast is also very good and lots of it. My favorite place in Puerto vallarta. Also family owned 💕

No tienen mucha variedad de comida.

Hearty breakfast. Located close to many restaurants and pubs. Short walk to the beach.

The street in front of the hotel is filthy with garbage strewn everywhere. None of the staff speak English but they do use Google Translate.

Great breakfast

Hotel was overrun with young soccer players for 5 days. Their chaperones partied loudly until 1 AM. Staff did nothing to stop them. Toilet stopped working on 3rd day. Asked for repair at 4:30 PM and still not repaired at 9:00 PM. Staff just shrugged and went back to his game on his phone. Finally had to demand that we be given another room.

Small refrigerator

Lovely space! As pictured! Nice to have breakfast available and included in our reservation (lots of fruit, Mexican baked goods, some eggs with a some meat mixed in). Also available for purchase. Very kind staff. Always very clean! Location was about a 10min taxi ride from the Malecon and about 15min from the Zona Romantica. This was perfect for us but may be a bit far for people wanting to be in the action.

Our Internet didn't work in our room, so that was challenging. The pool area had excellent wifi so I'm not sure if it was just our specific room. The other quirk is that you have to insert your room key into a special outlet thing to have the TV and most outlets work. We didn't realize this until after our second night when we asked. It also means no charging things (except in the bathroom) when you're out of your room with your key.
