Very nice, food was hot and taste was good

I do not appreciate having funds held on my card and then reimbursed after the stay. This has nothing to do with your staff or location and is your company policy that I do not agree with.

"Never stay there again"

Staff was polite.

Had to ask for a shower curtain for our room, then got a damp one, not sure if was really clean or not. Carpet needed vacuuming , still had crumbs or something on the floor. Ceiling in room had leaked and the popcorn ceiling was all bubbled up and stained. Floor tiles near the elevator were all coming up and sliding around. Rooms were not very sound proof, could hear other guest’s television and hear them talking.
