The staff at the breakfast buffet was very rude. She went to clean a table off that just had a family at… yes kids… and complained the entire time. As she was walking back to the little room to get a broom she said that if she would have known it was going to be like this then she would have never come in. She had a friend or family member sitting at a table that she kept going to and talking to, or should I say complaining to. Not very professional at all.

"Walking thru cig smoke to gain entrance"

House keeping was kind. The staircase was beautiful.

The fact that smoking was permitted right out front door. My asmatic child had to breath it entering the building. Also the smell of weed was so strong coming from ac unit in are room. 219.
