Best Western Auburndale Inn & Suites

Rooms were well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very substandard as compared to other hotels in this class. Staff in the morning when I checked out was great. Staff that was on duty at midnight (man) when we checked in was clearly not happy with his job. He wasn’t welcoming or friendly and charged the entire room stay to the “incidentals” credit card and not the pre billed prepaid credit card from our business organization. We even reminded him of this but he seemed very annoyed that we even brought it up. Well, just as we suspected he screwed up the transaction.

Your remodel was wonderful, large room, comfy beds and pillows, room was cleaned, desk staff was really nice and helpful, many restaurants in area with recommendations, ended up getting food delivered and even bought the desk crew pizza. I will definitely will stay there the next time I'm down that way for work.

Wonderful stay. Newly remodeled. Our room was clean and updated with new flooring and new furniture. Remodeled and updated throughout the entire facility. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Yo pague por una habitation tipo suit y cuando llegué me dieron una habitation con una cama grande y un sofa cama ! Nada Que ver con lo que había Pagado !

Hotel was going through a remodel, but you could not tell

Hotel had no running water daily for a few hours due to construction. Extremely noisy due to construction throughout the night. Toilet kept on getting clogged and water pressure was very low throughout my stay.
